regram @jasmine_yoga Read on a fitness blog that yoga itself does not give you a full body transformation. FROWN! People who speak about yoga like that are always those who have only been to one or two mid-level hatha classes and jump to such groundless conclusion. So this is what I have to say! I only do yoga (no running, no weightlifting, no swimming) and I build muscles that are long and lean instead of bulky and chunky.
